Shipping & pickup

Supplies and equipment are fulfilled from the Los Angeles area. Timing and charges vary by product size and destination.

Consumables

Ink, film and adhesive orders received before 1:00 PM Pacific on business days normally ship the same day. Carrier transit time begins after the order leaves our facility.

Equipment and freight

Printers, heat presses and finishing systems require freight planning. A specialist will confirm inventory, preparation time, delivery access and freight cost before payment. Typical delivery after dispatch is 3–7 business days for large equipment, depending on destination.

Local pickup

Pickup is available by appointment from our City of Industry, California fulfillment location. Wait for pickup confirmation before arriving.

International orders

International orders may require additional processing time. The buyer is responsible for destination duties, taxes, brokerage and import requirements.
